Texture is both the name of this winery, and this particular cuvée. A dry white blend of Encruzado, Bical, and Cerceal Branco, the vines are up to 60 years-old. Fermented in both used oak, and stainless steel, it was aged for 11 months on the lees in the same containers. Medium-bodied, with complex aromatics of citrus, white flowers, and almonds, this will pair well with clams amd chouriço.
