100% Tempranillo. The combination of traditional winemaking and carbonic winemaking makes this a crowd-pleasing wine. You get all the richness one enjoys from Tempranillo grapes, bold notes of fig, light white pepper spice but with the easy drinkability of a carbonic wine. Meaning the tannins are much less, serving as a minor break between the fruitiness and the overall profile can be described as “juicy”.
