Bottled after 12 months in foudre, the 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Metertières (Maison) is lovely, delivering aromas of yellow orchard fruits, beeswax and toasted oatmeal, followed by a medium-bodied, racy palate with a fleshy core of fruit and a tangy spine of acidity. It’s produced from brought-in grapes that are farmed organically.
