Emerging from several risk-taking vineyards dotted abound Northern California. Composed of some very unique, rare varieties: 44% Trousseau Noir, 22% Gamay, 18% Valdiguié, 13% Cabernet Pfeffer and 3% Poulsard. All components fermented separately, partially carbonic for brightness and all whole cluster adding to the complex spice aromas. Delicate and lean, mineral-laden, cranberry scented with incense, tobacco, petrichor and black peppercorn. 11.8% Alc
