This is terrific Chenin Blanc and way under-priced compared to middle-Loire Chenin of comparable quality.  Done all in steel, it’s a wild blend of ripe and juicy fruit plus stony, savory, minerality. Like green pineapple, Asian pear and ripe jicama was dusted with powdered gunflint and gravel. Round in texture through the middle and then crunchy/fresh on the dry finish.
