Hervé Souhaut founded his domaine in 1993 and farms five hectares of old vines (50-100 years old) in the Rhone Valley. Souhaut produces his wines entirely from whole grape bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, which leads to balanced and elegant final wines. This unctuous Roussanne/Viognier blend is exotically aromatic, marked by floral-driven flavors of honey, flower blossoms, juicy peach, and pear skin.
