An intense and tangy style bursting with acid-drive and energy. The 2020 Clos le Grand Beaureau was fermented in 500-litrer barrels (2/3rds) and (1/3rd) in amphora. Due to the sandy soils on top of schist, it's a light to mid-weight style that floats along the palate, yet has an unrelenting power. Expect pear, apple and even a note of white pepper.
