Domaine Chante-Alouette-Cormeil takes its name from the two parcels of land that it combines: Cormeil and Chante-Alouette. Scents of red fruit, black cherries and toasty oak lead to flavors of ripe berries, chocolate, hints of vanilla and soft tannin. This would be a great pick for a dinner with friends with prime rib or a roasted shoulder of lamb with thyme or a vegetable tagine.
