A blend of 70% Sangiovese (energy and fruit), 15% Merlot (smooth and supple), and 15% Sagrantino (structure and intensity). One of our perennial favorites in the spirit of Super Tuscans - great with meaty meals and savory stews. 

Certified organic, practicing biodynamic in the fields. "Natural" in the cellar with low intervention and spontaneous+native yeast fermentation. Aged 24 months in Large Oak Barrels (20 HL), 6 months in stainless steel, 6 months in the bottle.
