A unique rosé. Made from a virtually unheard of grape, Loire local Pineau d’Aunis, this comes from a vineyard that is nearly 100 years old. A very savoury wine, it shows off the soil expression that old vines are capable of - chalk, flint and tea leaves. There's some grapefruit and gooseberry, along with strawberry and pepper. It's linear, bright, complex and just screams out for food.
